The Charentais-style still, imported from France by Haruno Hayashida—who founded the company at the age of 65—is now a symbolic presence of the distillery, used to distill brandy and cognac.

Designed after repeated study tours to Europe by major construction company architects, the "Forest Cellar" was finally completed. Sunlight filters through stained glass, illuminating a space infused with the delicate sensibility and emotional richness unique to a woman’s perspective.
Savor exquisite aged shochu drawn from limited-edition barrels available only at the distillery, accompanied by light and delicate appetizers prepared just for this experience.
